About Us

Welcome to the Immersive Interaction Lab at Grand Valley State University.

Our research focuses on integrating digital and physical information in ways that preserve the strengths of both modalities while enhancing usability and accessibility. We develop and study Mixed Reality (MR) technologies to better understand how future immersive systems should be designed for both everyday and specialized contexts.
